Websites for Beauty & Wellness Professionals | Blush & Grow
Websites for beauty & wellness professionals

Your website lists your services. Google isn’t showing them.

You’re good at what you do. But when someone three towns over searches for the treatment you make the most money on, a chain spa comes up and you don’t. I build websites for massage therapists, estheticians, lash artists, and spa owners that fix exactly that.

Page three. Nobody scrolls that far.

Most beauty websites have one page that says “here’s everything I do.”

Facials, waxing, lashes, brows, massage — all stacked on a single services page. Google reads that page and can’t tell what it’s really about, so it ranks you for none of them. Meanwhile the spa down the road has a separate page for each treatment, and those pages are the ones that show up. It isn’t that your website looks bad. It’s that it was never built to be found.

A website nobody finds is a business card that costs more.

Three levels, sorted by what the site has to do for you.

Not by how many pages you get. Pages are the means, not the point.

Starter Site

From $1,500

Gets you found under your own name and your own town, and lets people book without emailing you first. For businesses starting from nothing.

  • Five pages: home, about, services, contact, booking
  • Booking connected to Acuity, Square, or GlossGenius
  • Google Business Profile claimed and set up properly
  • Google Search Console connected
  • Built mobile-first, because that’s where your clients are

Every build includes training so you can update your own hours, prices, and photos without paying anyone.

The pieces that depend on your situation.

These are quoted separately because the work varies enormously from one business to the next.

Cleanup & migration

If your business is currently spread across an old site, a booking platform, a store builder, and a link-in-bio page, someone has to decide what lives where and move it without losing your search rankings. Quoted after I see what you have.

From $500

Online store

WooCommerce set up on your own site — products loaded, payments connected, digital downloads working. Covers up to 20 products; additional products are $25 each.

$1,000–1,500

Hosting & care

Hosting, SSL, backups, WordPress and plugin updates, uptime monitoring, and one content revision each month — a price change, a new service, updated hours. Unused revisions don’t roll over. Larger changes are quoted separately.

$65/month

Social content packs

A month of posts built and written for you, delivered as a batch for you to publish. Graphics designed in your brand, captions and hashtags included. You supply your own treatment photos, or I work with stock. 16 posts for $350, 30 for $500.

I’m still in the treatment room on Tuesdays.

I don’t build websites for every industry. Blush & Grow exists for the way beauty and wellness businesses actually get clients — because it’s how I get mine.

I know the services

You’re selling something nobody can hold or see before they buy it. That changes how the pages have to be written.

I know the booking software

Acuity, GlossGenius, Square, packages, intake forms, deposits. I use this stuff in my own practice.

I know local search

Your next client is a few miles away with a phone in her hand. Everything I build is aimed at that moment.

I know your week

You don’t have six hours to become your own marketing department. Nothing I hand you assumes you do.

Meet Kathleen

I’m not an outsider marketing to the beauty industry.

Licensed massage therapist, esthetician, Reiki Master, and Japanese Head Spa specialist. I run my own practice in Newtown, Connecticut, and I learned websites, SEO, and Google visibility because my own business needed them first.

I lost the business. Then I rebuilt it.

In 2020 the day spa I co-owned closed. I started over as a solo practitioner with no marketing budget and no idea how any of this worked, and I taught myself web design, search, and Google Business Profile out of necessity — because the alternative was not getting booked.

“I learned this because my own business needed it. Now I use it to make running yours a little easier.”

I also wrote the operations manual for waxing studios. That’s the experience behind every site I build: I know what it costs when the phone doesn’t ring, and I know which parts of marketing actually move it.

You run your business. I’ll handle the website.

Four steps, and only one of them needs much of your time.

1

Tell me what’s not working

Your services, your clients, what you have now, and where the bookings aren’t coming from.

2

I quote the right level

One of the three builds, plus anything your situation genuinely needs. Nothing you don’t.

3

I build it

Design, structure, copy, mobile, booking, and search setup. You review; I revise.

4

You launch and get found

Live site, Search Console running, and you know how to update it yourself.

Ready to show up for the treatments that actually pay your bills?

Tell me what you have now and what you want to change. I’ll tell you which build fits and what it costs — before you commit to anything.
