Do I need a website before working with you?
Not necessarily. Monthly packages are designed for businesses that already have some online presence — even if that’s just a booking link, Instagram page, or Google profile. If you need a website first, I offer one-time website build projects starting at $1,000 that can be paired with monthly support after launch.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on what we’re working on. Google profile, booking flow, and review improvements can often create quicker wins. SEO and content consistency usually build over time. I’ll always be honest about what I would focus on first for your specific business.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts. Monthly packages are month-to-month. I want you to stay because the work is helping your business grow, not because you’re locked in.
What does the free audit actually include?
I’ll review your Google Business Profile, website, social media presence, booking flow, and review strategy. You’ll get specific, actionable recommendations to help improve visibility, trust, and bookings.
Do you work with businesses outside my area?
Yes. Everything I do is remote-friendly. I work with beauty and wellness professionals outside my local area. Communication can happen through email, video call, or messaging.
What platforms and tools do I need?
It depends on your business and package, but most clients already have the basics — a booking system, Instagram, and a Google profile. I work with what you have and help you set up anything new if needed. Any third-party tool costs are separate from monthly package pricing.
